    In 1967 a band called Fleetwood Mac from London, England was formed. There were four people making up the band, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, John Mcvie and Mick Fleetwood. From 1968 until 2003 Fleetwood Mac released more than 15 albums. Four albums were Gold RIAA Certified including “Future Games” released in 1971, “Mystery to Me” released in 1973, “Behind the Mask,” which became a hit in 1990, and “Say You Will” that was released in 2003.

  • They had their first self-titled album in 1968 which has 12 tracks including their carrier single “Hellhound on My Trail.” The Fleetwood Mac album was made up of music that was purely British Blues-Rock. There are two vocalists that can be heard from their debut album which belonged to Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer who is also the second guitarist of the band that time.

    Fleetwood Mac separated when Lindsey Buckingham left the band in 1987. Afterwards, the band decided to add new members, Rick Vito and Billy Burnette, to be their guitarists. Billy Burnette also served as a vocalist and a songwriter of Fleetwood Mac as well.

    In 1997 the band reunited which surprised everybody in the music industry and the critics. In 2008 a report from the Associated Press revealed that Fleetwood Mac will produce a new album in 2009 where the band will work with the famous singer-songwriter, Sheryl Crow. It is not definite yet if Fleetwood Mac and Sheryl Crow will tour in America, Canada and England where the band first started. No title was given yet to the album that is expected to hit the stores in 2009.
