The 2000’s started off really great for Buffett. He and his group, the Coral Reefer Band, got to play for the President Bill Clinton at the White House. In 2004, Buffett sold over 200,000 copies of his License to Chill album in its’ first week. The year before, in 2003, he sang a song with country crooner Alan Jackson, and saw it climb up to the top of the charts. In 2005, he performed at Wrigley Field, the first musician to use the field solely for a concert.

Buffett continues to play to his strength, touring. He generally plays about 20-30 concert dates annually. He also has a satellite radio channel, aptly titled, Radio Margaritaville.
