In total, he posted 18 wins and 46 losses during his tenure. Gary Kubiak took over as head coach. Since his hiring in 2006, he has led the team to 14 wins and 18 losses.

    Gary Kubiak, lost the first game he coached with the Texans on September 10, 2006 to the Philadelphia Eagles, 24-10. Two more losses would follow before his first win over the Miami Dolphins.

    The Houston Texans have had a Pro Bowl member every year except for 2003. They have also had a number of notable players including, the league’s Rookie of the Year in 2006, Dominic Davis. Defensive Rookie of the Year, DeMeco Ryans as well as Andre Johnson, and Mario Williams have also been standout players in recent years.
