The team has been to the Super Bowl five times and won three of them. In 1982, the team moved to Los Angeles and stayed there for 12 years but returned to Oakland in 1995. The Raiders play home games at McAfee Coliseum, also known as Network Associates Coliseum.

They have also been winners of three Super Bowl championships, including Super Bowl XI, Super Bowl XV and Super Bowl XVIII.
The original Raiders colors were black and gold. The helmets had a black base with a white stripe and no logo. The design change came in 1963 when the colors were changed to silver and black
The Oakland Raiders have 13 Hall of Pro Football Famers, including team and league administrator, Al Davis. Davis has been involved with the Raiders since 1963.
